archive across multiple files

Does Jzip have the ability to archive a 20 MB file and break it into 5 MB parts? I recall that a previous version of Outlook would let me break file attachments into multiple files so as not to exceed size limitations. Since I can't seem to find this option in Outlook 2007, I wonder if an archiving program can do this for me.
