I use jZip each business day to decompress 5 small, password encrypted files from a single archive. Today after entering the password I am receving an error message 'Could not find folder "filename.ext". This message is repeated for each of the 5 files. I ran the check archive tool and received the same error message then a summary that indicated no errors detected in the archive. Do I have a bad archive file?
Thanks,
Michael

It would appear so, Go to 7-Zip.org and use 7-Zip if that doesn't extract it then it's your file and not jZips problem

Michael,
Does the problem reproduce itself with other archives, or is limited to this specific archive?
if the error only occurs with this file, then the archive itself might be corrupted, even if the "check archive" tool doesn't find any errors. it might indicate that the error is not in one of the files inside the archive, but in the archive itself.
Also, have you tried to extract the files in the archive to a specific folder?
try to extract the files (or a single file) to a different extraction location and see if you receive the same error.
Last but not least, if the archive itself contains folders or subfolders, you might want to un-check the option "use folder names" (in the "extract" window), and extract the files to a temp location (like the desktop).
