Board addition

I'd like to see a Board Section for 'Suggestions'.

Right now people are posting (and myself) their suggestions in the 'Anything else' board. I think Suggestions is a major part in the development of a program and it'd be easier to post them if there was a section for them. ;)

but I am not sure if they are legal to bring in to the states? What are the laws on water pipes, bongs, and pipes?
