Here's how to reproduce the problem:
Open an explorer window to a directory with a file or folder.
Select a file/folder.
Open the File menu.
Move the mouse over to the Edit menu, then back to the File menu.
Repeat steps 3-4 several times; you will see additional 'jZip' entries being added to the menu.
Even if you de-select the file/folder (by clicking in an empty space in the window) and open the 'File' menu, all of the 'jZip' entries will still be there.
I am able to reproduce this problem very easily in Windows XP.
