Switching between windows extract and Jzip

Is there a way to switch between Jzip and the zip utility that comes with Windows XP? or a way to make Windows the default until you call on Jzip to do the work.

Set XP Compressor to manage your zip file then you should be able to select jZip in your context menu by right click "Open with...".
Let jZip installed.

How do I set it to manage zip files?
How do I even find the XP compressor?
I have right clicked on a zip file and the only thing I see is Jzip.
