jZip missing in Context Menu

After I installed jZip, I right-click the START BUTTON in the Taskbar and found a blank line with a arrow-head. Click on the arrow-head displays another blank column. I guess it is jZip but not displays properly! How can I correct this?

I am using Windows XP ...
