There should be option to "KEEP BROKEN FILES" in case of decompression of corrupted or partially downloaded files.

Base it on a high compression of the Meta-data and CRC like rar achiever does... have it placed in a couple of places like at the beginning, middle and the end of the archive. That way your covered no matter what...:D
