I thought jZip looked like a great little application; however, upon installing, I found that it had a few problems:
1. It vandalized my Internet browser and hijacked my computer by downloading and installing (without my permission or knowledge) Yahoo! toolbar.
2. It also changed my homepage.
3. I let it change file associations, as it said they could be changed back -- it changed quite a few I didn't want changed, and I find it doesn't offer an option to those associations back ... I have to do it manually.
4. Except for the misleading, misinformation, software vandalizing, and unethical software deployment, I think it might be an okay program.
Fix these things, and I'll have a reason to go further and find something positive to say about jZip to everyone I can find to tell about my experience.
