password on command line

How do you include a password with that extract on the command line.
If the zip file is password protected you get a popup but I do not want a popup, I want to place password on the command line.
Also "jzip /ed -spassword vss.zip" does not work.

I am getting the password on command line. Is there anything I can do and what does it mean.:confused:
